I have a background in dance and that is my passion. I'm a certified yoga instructor and that is my center. I'm also pursuing a degree in fitness. Being healthy is important to me. I myself have fallen off that wagon. I used to be active, strong and loved my body. Now, after graduating college my fitness level has severely declined. This is my journey to recover and gain even more strength then before. I'm hoping to lose around 30 pounds before my boyfriend comes home from overseas sometime in July. Or at least be back into my old clothes from when I was fit (around a size 5/7). Wish me luck! |
